They did some pavers for me, they were great to work with, communication was good and they did a good job, I would use them again in the future

They replaced my old deck. Being a former construction inspector I am usually very picky. They did a great job. The carpenter They had on my project had a steady place an clear plan.

I have had Be Happy take on a few projects for me over the years and have been so happy with their work, professionalism and prompt response to my requests. I will use them again!!

We originally started with snow removal for our aging parents. We were impressed so much we signed up for lawn care this summer. Great pricing and great response to inquiries. High recommend.

Posting on behalf of my Husband, who already left a 5 star review for our previous interaction with this business. This time we wish to thank Steven for his expert help replacing our old toilet and broken garbage disposal. Even when we had unexpected part failure, Steven was able to leverage his expertise to provide a solution that same day. Beyond that, the front desk is always responsive, respectful, and ready to help. We will be definitely be calling Be Happy again for our next projects!

Thank you for a job well done on my Spring yard cleanup….all my shrubs were neatly trimmed and the grass and winter debris was removed. They even took away the leaves and old foliage that accumulated in the corners of my driveway. The crew was very polite and reviewed what I wanted done before they got started. Thank you and I think I’ll make this a regular thing…Spring and Fall cleanup!!

UPS ran into my parent’s home with their delivery truck. I contacted Be Happy Property Services to get a quote and repairs done. Unfortunately I am still having that battle with UPS’ insurance but I want to give a special shoutout to Lee. He has been SO understanding, supportive and helped me out as much as possible. I have used Avalanche Construction in the past for a roof leak at my parents and they were expensive, rude and always late. Not these guys! I will always call them first for my future home repairs. They truly care.

Be Happy has kept my business' well maintained in both Summer and winter

I am a Realtor®️ and recently recommended Be Happy Property Services to my clients. They were able to get to their house quickly so we could close on time after another company left items undone. There were several needs including adding spindles to a deck, sheetrock work, trim, resetting a toilet with new wax ring and reinstalling a sink and adding a fire-proof door in the garage. I will definitely recommend them again. I am having them come give estimates on items for my own home now too. Steven and Lee are the two gentlemen who performed and oversaw the work. Rebecca in the office is very pleasant to talk to and is very helpful as well!

This is our 2nd fabulous experience with the Be Happy crew. Ernie as always was a delight to work with as the overall manager with our project. I had several additional requests and he promptly provided quotes and ensured all work was completed in the time frame as promised. Our daily crew was Micah and Danny who did a fabulous work on the scraping of the popcorn on our living room ceiling and took great care to mitigate the dust fallout to the other areas of the house. They also repaired and painted our ceilings, walls and installed our new flooring and trim.Micah is a wealth of knowledge of all things renovations and more. I had several questions concerning certain aspects of our project and he came up with a number of innovative solutions that really added character and charm to our living room. One was replacing the old owner’s entertainment center that overlooks our foyer with a framed window that provided light to our very dark foyer.Danny is a great worker that also provided valuable input when I had questions concerning the lighting and flooring and other issues. Danny did an exceptional job on the installation of the flooring which we truly appreciate.Micah and Danny worked as cohesive team on a day to day basis and our project went smoothly without any issues. My communication with Ernie was exceptional and he always responded promptly back to me with answers to my many questions. We look forward to working with Be Happy in the future.Laurie Klapper

Jacob and his team havehandled landscaping at multiple commercial properties for me over the years. Always reliable, does great work, and keeps everything looking sharp. Highly recommend.

Easy to deal with and on top of snow removal.

A family from Soldatna booked my rental through Furnished Finder when I realized I needed rear driveway space for their two vehicles. Through proactive planning, I contacted Be Happy Property Services LLC. Within reasonable time I was scheduled for snow haul in time to offer my tenants on site parking. I was going to be a cheapskate and just tell them to park on the road but then I considered the snow, ice, and safety hazard(s) of doing that. It’s the cost of doing good business. Thanks guys

I'm very thankful for how responsive Be Happy is, owning a property and living out of town can be stressful. Having this resource is very valuable. Even if they can't take on the job, the referrals they have made always get the job done.

A very old deck and retaining wall were replaced.Lee and crew were professional and attentive. The new deckis beautiful.

The work done was very satisfactory, workers were pleasant and efficient, project (two decks, stairs and porch) was professionally done, and the work area was cleaned up very well. A couple of follow-up items were taken care of immediately and satisfactorily..

Wow, four days and our deck is up! Solid construction and such a great looking deck. Thank you SO much Be Happy Property Services!

The worker came to find the problem. He knew exactly what he was doing,. He got straight to the point,. Started on the problem the next day and 2 days he was finish with the trust boards in my wall. The worker was very polite and everything was done. I really got a peaceful sleep. The company's name is right because, I'm happy with his work.Thank you, Be Happy Property Services.Dennis D

I have used Be Happy services multiple times. Staff were always professional, friendly and things were done well in a timely manner. No complaints. I highly recommend.

Excellent fast service

This team is simply awesome. They have come to my rescue on some repairs, sanding my drive during an ice storm, and even helping me with stuff at my office, like hanging pictures and other small handyperson needs. They are my go-to when I need a lot of simple help on stuff that would have taken me hours.

I have used these guys many times for a number of years doing landscaping work. I've been very happy with the quality work they do.

We reached out to Be Happy to help us with three different landscaping projects. They were quick to schedule appointments and quick and very competitive with the estimates. Their workers were very efficient, professional, polite and respectful of our property. Be Happy was very easy to do business with. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them for your project(s).

Be Happy fixed our drooping mailbox after a car hit it. They were fast and thorough. Would highly recommend their services.

I met with Be Happy, in Mid-July to discuss my plan to replace an existing retaining wall; which will also serve as a planter areas with steps for better access between levels. Do to my schedule I asked that the project happen in September. The project/retaining wall with planers was complete under challenging weather conditions. The complete retaining wall and planter areas with steps was all I wanted.

UP DATE:Tim made it right,Thank youSo I thought we were on the same page , nope, there still billing me and there charging me 2% late fee on a bill that is incorrect !!!They want 350$ for a 15 min trash removal, when they quoted me 250$ minimum for 2 guys for 2 hrs or 135$ and hr for 1 guyI still have the text for proofI get it’s a business , how ever don’t quote one thing and bill for another

Be Happy Property Services are very reliable, and do an excellent job. I am happy to recommend them.

Great to work with. From the estimate to the work, no one ever showed up late and everything happened when and how it was supposed to. Uncommon in the the construction business. I'd recommend Be Happy to anyone for any interior or exterior project.

They did a retaining wall for us. Their bid was reasonable. They started the work promptly. Their onsite crews were pleasant to work with. They always asked if their work was what we were wanting. They have skilled craftsmen working for them. Pleased with the finished product.

Be Happy does not disappoint.I have used their services for painting my house, building a new deck and rebuilding my front porch.Quality workmanship every time.

Be Happy has built our fence, our back deck, to include extending it, and now they did our backyard landscaping. Everyone in the company we dealt with were friendly and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend.

Had a great experience working with the Be Happy crew. The employees were professional and friendly and the work they did was Excellent.

Be Happy Property Services has worked with us to develop and complete several projects this summer, from cleaning out overgrowth around our home to doing work on our leach field, enlarging our deck, adding decorative stone on the exterior of the house, and multiple other small projects that needed to be completed. They've been helpful, efficient, kept us in the loop for schedule and materials deliveries, and had a great crew for every job. We highly recommend, and we'll be returning to them for future needs. Thank you Be Happy!

I requested an estimate. Communication was fantastic. They answered all of my questions. Would work with them again.

Unfortunately I had to postpone my project for now but I was happy with the level of service I had setting up a consultation. When I can move forward with the door replacement on my shed, I will definitely call them back!

This company is amazing. I have used them for interior work (kitchen remodeling) as well as exterior work (foundation repair). Whatever the job they have always been professional and prompt. The quality of work was just as promised. We are a very satisfied customer and will continue to use them in the future.

Loved the work the team did on my shower. My shower had been embarrassingly rough for the first 5 years we lived in our condo. We finally decided to take care of it and I'm so thankful my Father in law gave us their number. They got it done quickly and efficiently and with very little down time on the shower. They were pleasant to have in the house and went above and beyond to get us squared away when I messed up on ordering my parts .😅Will definitely be using them again if anything else comes up.

Jake and his team at Be Happy have been extremely valuable to us. We have several properties in Anchorage and his crews get our yard care, driveways, walkways, decks and roofs cleared of snow in a timely and efficient manner every time. We love Be Happy and plan to continue to use them into the future.

I employed Be Happy Property Services for snow plowing several years, when I owned a triplex in East Anchorage. The drivers would show up promptly, plow out a six vehicle parking area and always hand shovel the walkway between the three units and the utility/laundry room. The price was fair. The last year I owned that property, I watched the Be Happy lawn and leaf removal crew of two clean up the front and back yards for my neighbors. They did it all in a couple hours. The teenagers I had hired took two days to do a similar amount for me, and at greater expense.

Be Happy Property Service always come through and has kept my yard fabulous for some quite some time now. Very courteous and respectable to your wishes for your yard. They re always mindful of pets with fertilizer and salt in the winter. If you have concern or want to adjust, they are very willing to work with you for your needs to accommodate you the customer. They provide my lawn care in the Spring/Summer months and all my Fall/Winter needs. From grass cutting and trimming to snow removal and shoveling…They will have you covered! Tell them L sent you!

These guys built me a custom gate to allow a man gate and an expansion gate for my RV storage during winter. The savings in storage costs have already paid for what I spent. A sincere thank you!

We contracted BeHappy Property Services to install kitchen cabinets we had built to accommodate a larger refrigerator we had purchased. They came out and performed a survey and provided the estimate for the job. They returned after we received the materials. The work involved removing the old cabinets installing the new ones and relocating two more. The carpenter went above and beyond by correcting the cabinet maker’s error by switching the door swing. The work was performed quicker than expected and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks BeHappy. Shout out to Micaiah.

Be Happy Property Services helped us at a real time of need. An inept builder had started a somewhat major project, and we had to fire him midway (and were able to get our $$ back), leaving us with nowhere to go essentially. I received a flyer in the mail from Be Happy and also saw one of their service vehicles, so decided to call them. They were able to come right out, give me an estimate on what the remainder of the project would be, and sent out very skilled contractors to complete the drywall, texture, tile, shower install and laundry space reconfiguration.

Ernie and his crew replaced the roof on our shed. The did a fantastic job and completed the project in one day and they made sure to clean up the area after themselves! I will call Be Happy Property Services again in the future!

the job was done quickly and efficiently. The workers were polite and hardworking.

Very professional and friendly. It was a toss up between two and Husband's choice won. Will keep you in mind for other projects.

They answered my call for assistance quickly. The gentleman showed up promptly and needed little guidance. I look forward to working with them once we have plans

Estimate request was prompt, they worked us into their already busy schedule and was able to start even before expected! We had our foundation resealed and graded away from the house (properly this time 😁). Be Happy worked with us in what best suited the job and the budget without sacrificing integrity of materials. The crew worked hard, adjusted to our plans, the weather and left each day with area as clean as possible. Thank you all for the help, patience and great work!

We hired Be Happy Property Services this summer, to clear out & level two LARGE areas of our property and install sod to connect our yard from 1 side to the other, clear out an area under our deck and put in a 16’x4’ concrete pad, remove hedges, dig out an extensive area behind our retaining wall, fill it and plant ground cover, in addition to other odds & ends that we added to the project. After we received our initial bid, I was advised the project mgr was no longer with BHPS. Nervous about moving forward, a meeting was set up right away with the owner Jacob, and a different project manager, Josh. From that meeting on, I knew I was in good hands, with excellent communication, a clear understanding for the scope of our project, and a dedication to respect the initial bid as much as possible. Then along came Maxx to manage our project. Talk about hardworking, a professional attitude, and solid communication! Maxx was there in the mix, every day, making sure I was happy with the work and that they were doing exactly what I wanted. We are in love with our landscaping this summer!! I would absolutely recommend Be Happy Property Services for your landscaping projects.

Be Happy recently installed a patio and decorative side path at our home. Maxx and his crew did a wonderful job. They were on time every day and worked to get the job done in a timely manner, even with heavy rain. Great crew. Would totally recommend Be Happy.

100% would recommend. The job they are doing is fantastic. I had alot of dry rot around my front door and chimney. There were several issues due to my end on not getting the correct door for mounting and they were able to come up with solutions right on the spot to it fix it. The installed is better then what I imagined. All my future homes projects will be going through them. Ernie and his team are the best.(Before photos show some damages and after photos included of full front door durning instal).

A huge thank you to Eric and Ernie from Be Happy for helping me replace my leaking sink! I was very impressed with how quick and easy they made it. I will definitely be a returning customer for all my home improvement projects!

They did a great job, on time and on budget project. I would use them again in the future.

Be happy did some great landscaping for me and installed a border around my house filled with white rocks. It turned out great and was a fair price.

I have used Be Happy for almost 3 years now. Whether they are plowing my driveway or doing yardwork they have all ways gone above and beyond to take care of both of my small properties. They do excellent work and I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

There was a very nice man I think his name was max and he was very kind and informative. Couldn’t ask for better work or service

One of the most professional and hard working landscaping crews Alaska has to offer. Regardless of weather conditions they will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
