UPS ran into my parent’s home with their delivery truck. I contacted Be Happy Property Services to get a quote and repairs done. Unfortunately I am still having that battle with UPS’ insurance but I want to give a special shoutout to Lee. He has been SO understanding, supportive and helped me out as much as possible. I have used Avalanche Construction in the past for a roof leak at my parents and they were expensive, rude and always late. Not these guys! I will always call them first for my future home repairs. They truly care.

I am a Realtor®️ and recently recommended Be Happy Property Services to my clients. They were able to get to their house quickly so we could close on time after another company left items undone. There were several needs including adding spindles to a deck, sheetrock work, trim, resetting a toilet with new wax ring and reinstalling a sink and adding a fire-proof door in the garage. I will definitely recommend them again. I am having them come give estimates on items for my own home now too. Steven and Lee are the two gentlemen who performed and oversaw the work. Rebecca in the office is very pleasant to talk to and is very helpful as well!

This is our 2nd fabulous experience with the Be Happy crew. Ernie as always was a delight to work with as the overall manager with our project. I had several additional requests and he promptly provided quotes and ensured all work was completed in the time frame as promised.Our daily crew was Micah and Danny who did a fabulous work on the scraping of the popcorn on our living room ceiling and took great care to mitigate the dust fallout to the other areas of the house. They also repaired and painted our ceilings, walls and installed our new flooring and trim.Micah is a wealth of knowledge of all things renovations and more. I had several questions concerning certain aspects of our project and he came up with a number of innovative solutions that really added character and charm to our living room. One was replacing the old owner’s entertainment center that overlooks our foyer with a framed window that provided light to our very dark foyer.Danny is a great worker that also provided valuable input when I had questions concerning the lighting and flooring and other issues. Danny did an exceptional job on the installation of the flooring which we truly appreciate.Micah and Danny worked as cohesive team on a day to day basis and our project went smoothly without any issues. Jacob and his team havehandled landscaping at multiple commercial properties for me over the years. Always reliable, does great work, and keeps everything looking sharp. Highly recommend.

Easy to deal with and on top of snow removal.

I can’t review their work as they have been a no show for the last 2 estimates that I needed. I was needing everything from painting to crawl space vapor barrier installation so I chose them based on reviews and the services they offer. Received a text that they were on their way an hour and a half ago, still haven’t shown up. Same thing that happened last year. Guess I should have learned my lesson. No one will answer the phone or return my calls.

A family from Soldatna booked my rental through Furnished Finder when I realized I needed rear driveway space for their two vehicles. Through proactive planning, I contacted Be Happy Property Services LLC. Within reasonable time I was scheduled for snow haul in time to offer my tenants on site parking. I was going to be a cheapskate and just tell them to park on the road but then I considered the snow, ice, and safety hazard(s) of doing that. It’s the cost of doing good business. Thanks guys
