Be Happy Property Services started in 2011 with a desire to give our customers a convenient, dependable and quality service experience in the property service industry.
The owner brought his experience of landscaping, excavation and property maintenance to the company and the next summer we took the leap in to full time business.
We started snow plowing and mowing lawns which led to maintaining a professional rugby field the first year. (Yes, there is a rugby field in Alaska).
Looking back, that was the training we needed that took us to the next level of professionalism and excellence in business.
We noticed a need for a dependable company that could offer multiple services in a timely manner, so in 2012 we added handyman services and remodeling to our offerings.
Over the last 10 years we have grown from 1 full time employee to a team of over 30 people, including 3 managers and 2 office staff.
Our growth can be attributed to developing and maintaining strong working relationships with our clients and building repeat business.
