How quickly will you get to my property after a storm?
Contract customers are on planned routes that start once snowfall reaches their trigger depth. Most get a first pass during or right after the storm, plus a follow-up if wind drifts snow back. Exact timing depends on the storm and where you are on the route.
Do you offer seasonal snow removal contracts?
Yes, for both homes and businesses. A seasonal contract means we come after every qualifying snowfall without you having to call. Ask us about per-push pricing if you’d rather pay by the visit.
What snowfall depth should trigger service?
Most homeowners choose 2 to 3 inches. If your driveway is steep or shaded, a lower trigger keeps snow from packing down into ice. A higher trigger costs less but leaves more snow between visits.
Will plowing damage my driveway or landscaping?
